We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and In-app Wallet. All card transactions are secured with end-to-end encryption. You can add and manage your payment methods in the app settings.
To become a driver, you need: a valid driver's license (minimum 2 years experience), vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance, a clean driving record, and a smartphone. Download the Avitaxi Driver app, complete the registration process, submit required documents, and pass our background check. Once approved, you can start earning immediately.
FAAN Taxi is for quick point-to-point rides with upfront pricing - perfect for airport transfers, meetings, and daily commutes. FAAN Car Hire is for renting a car with a professional driver for extended periods (hourly or daily) - ideal for business trips, city tours, events, and inter-state travel with flexible itineraries.
Yes! All Avitaxi rides are covered by comprehensive insurance. Every driver on our platform must maintain valid vehicle insurance, and we provide additional coverage for all trips. Your safety and security are our top priorities.
Absolutely! You can schedule rides up to 30 days in advance. Simply select 'Schedule for Later' when booking, choose your date and time, and we'll match you with a driver before your scheduled pickup time. You'll receive notifications as your ride approaches.
You can cancel your ride anytime before the driver arrives. Cancellations made within 2 minutes of booking are free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already on the way. The fee helps compensate drivers for their time and fuel.
After each trip, both riders and drivers can rate each other on a scale of 1-5 stars. You can also leave written feedback. High ratings help maintain service quality - drivers with consistently low ratings may be removed from the platform. Your ratings help other riders make informed choices.

Fares are calculated based on: base fare (varies by vehicle type), distance traveled (per kilometer rate), time duration (for longer trips), and current demand. You'll always see an upfront fare estimate before confirming your booking - no surprises! Detailed fare breakdowns are available in your trip history.
While we don't currently offer driver requests for regular rides, you can save your favorite drivers and they'll be prioritized for your future bookings when available. For FAAN Car Hire, you can request specific drivers you've ridden with before.
